Dear Local 375 Members,
The proposed pension incentive buyout bill has been introduced to the State Senate by State Senator Pete Harckham on June 16 (Bill No S8586). New York City is in support of this bill. We are now awaiting for both bills to be passed and then they will be sent to the Governor for his signature.
