Tasks performed by members in this agency include: the review of consultants' plans, oversee maintenance and alteration work of City-owned buildings, develop City space standards, monitor QA program coverage of all engineering projects to ensure compliance with contract specifications, monitor testing contractors' performance, monitor citywide energy conservation compliance.
