NYS Assembly Proposed Pension Incentive Buyout (Bill No A10595)

Good morning Sisters & Brothers,

Please see the link below for the proposed pension incentive buyout (Bill No. A10595).  Many members have been asking for a pension buyout and I’ve been working on this for several months.  I would like to thank Dorita Clarke and Dr. Paul-Michael Kazas for their help in pushing this bill forward.  Please call me if you have any questions.  I will keep everyone updated on the progress of this bill.
