Members undertake technical surveys of shelters and other facilities operated by the Human Resources Administration, inspect construction plans, design new structures and renovations to existing HRA buildings, and perform other technical work on facilities operated by the agency. This Chapter includes the Administration for Children’s Services, Dept. of Homeless Services, and Dept. of Juvenile Justice.
