Chapter 31 - HRA (Social Services)

Members undertake technical surveys of shelters and other facilities operated by the Human Resources Administration, inspect construction plans, design new structures and renovations to existing HRA buildings, and perform other technical work on facilities operated by the agency. This Chapter includes the Administration for Children’s Services, the Department of Homeless Services, the Department for the Aging, the NYC Employees Retirement System offices, the Department of Youth and Community Development, Office of Labor Relations, and the Department of Juvenile Justice.
