DC 37 EDUCATION FUND
ACCESS TO FREE COLLEGE FOR WORKING ADULTS
If you are between the ages of 25 and 55, you may be eligible to attend CUNY and earn a degree at no cost. The DC 37 Education Fund and the CUNY School of Labor and Urban Studies are hosting a virtual information session on Monday, January 26, to discuss program eligibility, participating schools, and covered degree programs.

Eligibility requirements:
- Age 25-55 as of January 1 of the semester they apply
- NYS Resident or eligible for in-state tuition
- Enroll in a minimum of 6 credits per semester and 12 per academic year
- No prior postsecondary degree
- Matriculated in an approved associate degree program
- File FAFSA and apply for NYS TAP, or the
- NYS Dream Act, if eligible
